Thursday, September 25th, 2008I hear it’s best to try to lose fat in the mornings. That way your body doesn’t have any food to use up, and you basically lose belly fat. I mean, you don’t just lose stomach fat, you lose body fat. Anyway, start off in the mornings if you really want to lose the fat.

You can’t just get rid of belly fat alone, that’s not how the body works. To start losing belly fat, start doing aerobics!
