Best time of day to lose fat?
I hear it’s best to try to lose fat in the mornings. That way your body doesn’t have any food to use up, and you basically lose belly fat. I mean, you don’t just lose stomach fat, you lose body fat. Anyway, start off in the mornings if you really want to lose the fat.
