I’ve tried burning fat, but I can’t seem to burn body fat. I’ve tried eating fat burning foods, cause you should supposedly burn fat feed muscle… but even a fat burning diet hasn’t worked so far. 
How should I go about fat burning? I hear there are fat burning foods for supposed fast fat burning, or fat burning supplements, but everything sounds kinda shady. I guess a fat burning diet would be good, but they seem to want to INCORPORATE fat into the diet. Why?
