My friend and I are both on diets, but she is having a fast weight loss compared to my ever so slow progress.  I wanted to know how to lose weight quicker like she was doing, so I asked her tell me her fast ways to lose weight.  She said she follows her diet plan, and takes an energy weight loss product to speed up her metabolism and lose weight fast.  So, guess what I’m doing now?

Can anyone help with an idea for a fast weight loss I’ve tried fast ways to lose weight and , healthy weight loss but neither worked. I just want a fast weight lose program of some kind,  to lose weight fast
