Best time of day to lose fat?

I hear it’s best to try to lose fat in the mornings.  That way your body doesn’t have any food to use up, and you basically lose belly fat.  I mean, you don’t just lose stomach fat, you lose body fat.  Anyway, start off in the mornings if you really want to lose the fat.

Supposedly you can’t just target belly fat - if you want to lose belly fat, you have to not only burn belly fat, but burn the REST of the fat at the same time.  You can’t just get rid of belly fat alone, that’s not how the body works.  To start losing belly fat, start doing aerobics!
